This Nduja is made by one of my favourite producers, Tonino Sansone. This spreadable spicy salame is made with equal amount of chilli, fat and the meat of rare breed pigs called Nero Calabrese from Calabria, Italy. Delicious and preferably eaten the way we love it the most, on lightly toasted bread, or if you like you can add it to pasta sauces, or on pizza, or to scrambled eggs as we do on Sunday morning. I am salivating as I type this!
