Delicious, succulent king prawns served with a lovely homemade jam we make using the chillies grown in my mother garden in Napoli. Every summer we travel to see her and she makes sure we return to London with these chillies grown with love. We simply love this dish.
Gnocchi al burro di alici
When my sister lived in Rome she used to cook for me various dishes using lots of anchovies and butter, the way the Romans do. I decided to create my own dish here, inspired by my sister's cooking, making a decadent anchovy butter sauce that when combined with our homemade potato gnocchi results in something beautiful.

Gnocchi alla Norma, is a dish of Sicilian origins. It is a delicate sauce made with aubergines, tomatoes and basil which combined with our handmade gnocchi is simply delicious.

Torta Caprese is a delightful flourless chocolate and almonds cake that originates on the isle of Capri, Naples. It is crunchy on the outside, moist and “melting” on the inside. The intense flavour of almonds combined with chocolate makes this cake one of my favourite dessert.
