Slow cooked white ragù (no tomato), made with delicious Italian sausage meat, fresh British peas, roasted fennel and white wine served with our fresh egg pasta, a must try! This goes so well with our delicious pecorino.
There is a little at home preparation: All you need to do is heat through the ragù, cook the pasta in salted boiling water and then add your cooked fresh pasta to the ragù, along with a little of the pasta water - this is a must in Italy! Toss and serve. Don't worry, we'll be sending you a short video to follow along to.
